About delivery
1. Because electric vehicles are large goods, under normal circumstances, your goods will be shipped out of the warehouse within 10 days after the order payment is completed. They will not be shipped on weekends and holidays, and the time will be delayed.
About the return and exchange
Electric vehicles are large items, so our store does not support 7-day no-reason return or exchange. After placing an order, it is assumed that you agree to this agreement. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If the return or exchange is caused by non-quality problems, the customer needs to bear the round-trip freight and the depreciation of the electric vehicle.

About signing

About the maintenance freight
